1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Sicuro Group — Official Global Alerts Tracker (the "service"). The service is operated by Sicuro Group LLC of Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Sicuro", "we", "us"). They cover the free tracker, tracker access included with a paid Sicuro product or service, and the email digests.
By creating an account you accept these terms. We record which version you accepted and when. If you do not accept them, do not create an account and do not use the service.
2. The service
The service monitors official government channels, state news agencies, and a defined set of international media across 195 countries. Incoming items are collected, classified into a category, graded for urgency, assigned a source tier, routed to a country, and where necessary translated. The Methodology page at /methodology describes how that works and where the limits are.
The tracker is not sold. A registered account monitors four countries of your choice at no charge. Accounts registered before 8 August 2026, and customers of paid Sicuro products and services that include tracker access, monitor ten. Further countries are granted by arrangement. Coverage depth varies by country and is published in the service. We may add, change, suspend, or remove sources, countries, and features at any time.
3. Alerts are not safety advice
The service is an awareness tool. It is not an emergency service, not a warning authority, and not a substitute for official instructions from the authorities where you are. It does not provide security, legal, medical, or travel advice.
Do not treat the absence of alerts as an assurance of safety. Feeds can fail, official sources can go quiet, and events can occur before any official statement is made. Where our source coverage for a country degrades, we say so, and where it collapses we withhold derived metrics rather than show a number we cannot stand behind. Even so, you must verify with official sources and take advice from your own security professionals before acting on anything shown here, and in an emergency you must follow the instructions of the local authorities.
You must not use the service as your only input to any decision affecting personal safety. Any decision you take is yours alone.
4. Accounts
You register with an email address and a password. We do not ask for your name or your organisation. You must give an email address you control, you must keep your password secure, and you are responsible for everything done under your account, including by anyone you allow to use it.
You must be 18 or older. Where you register for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
5. Business use
Paid Sicuro products and services that include tracker access are offered and priced for business and organisational use, and that is the basis on which we expect them to be bought.
Where you ask for paid access, you confirm that you are buying for a business or an organisation unless you tell us otherwise. That confirmation is given when you accept the invoice we issue, which is the point at which any paid access is agreed. We do not refuse an individual buyer. If you buy as an individual rather than for a business, tell us in your enquiry so the invoice is issued correctly.
Where the mandatory law that applies to you treats you as a consumer, clause 13 sets out how these terms operate alongside the rights that law gives you.
6. Paid access, invoicing, and renewal
The tracker carries no charge and we take no payment for it. Where tracker access comes with a paid Sicuro product or service, that product is agreed with us directly. There is no checkout on this service, no card form, and no self-service purchase. You raise an enquiry to commercial@sicurogroup.com, we agree the scope with you, and Sicuro issues an invoice from the United Arab Emirates with a payment link. Prices are exclusive of value added tax, which is added where it applies.
The term, the renewal, the notice you must give, and any refund are governed by that invoice and by any order form or agreement for the product it covers. Where anything is repayable to you, it is limited to the amount you actually paid under the invoice in question, and no further sum is payable on any basis. Tracker access granted with a paid product ends when that product ends.
7. Founding access
Accounts registered before 8 August 2026 were offered the tracker without a paywall. Those accounts hold a standing grant of ten monitored countries at no charge. The grant does not expire and is not affected by later changes to access levels or to the price of any Sicuro product.
8. Acceptable use
Do not resell, syndicate, scrape, bulk download, systematically extract, or redistribute the service or its data outside your organisation without a written agreement with Sicuro. Do not use the service, or anything obtained from it, to train a machine-learning model without a written agreement with Sicuro. Do not remove attribution, and do not alter an item and present it as issued by Sicuro or by a source.
Exports are provided for internal operational use, such as briefings and shift handovers. Do not attempt to probe, overload, or interfere with the service. Any programmatic or bulk access is by separate written agreement.
Do not use the service where the sanctions or export-control laws that apply to you prohibit it. You are responsible for your own compliance with those laws.
You indemnify Sicuro against any claim, loss, or cost arising from your breach of this clause, including any onward redistribution or commercial exploitation of content obtained through the service.
9. Third-party content
Alerts report statements made by third parties, including governments and state-controlled media. That content originates from those sources, remains theirs, and is shown with attribution and, where one exists, a link to the original. A tier label describes the authority of a source, never the accuracy of its content. Sources assessed as substantively propaganda are labelled so a reader can weigh them. We do not endorse the statements of any source.
Sicuro owns the service itself: its software, its classifications, urgency grades, tier labels, coverage grades, the wording it generates, and the selection and arrangement of the whole. You are granted no right in third-party content beyond viewing it within the service, and we give no warranty that we hold any right in it. If you need rights in third-party content, obtain them from the rights holder.
If you hold rights in content shown here and believe it is displayed beyond the permitted scope, write to risk@sicurogroup.com and we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or amend it. That is our only obligation in respect of such a claim.
10. Automated classification and generated text
The service is automated. Incoming items are detected, classified into a category, graded for urgency, assigned a source tier, routed to a country, and where necessary translated, by automated systems. Some of those steps use large language models. Every classification the service applies is machine-assigned.
Headlines, descriptions, and record entries that the service shows in the app, in exports, and in email are generated from that classification. They are our own wording, produced automatically. No person reviews them before they reach you.
We do not warrant that any category, urgency grade, tier, country routing, translation, generated headline, or generated record entry is accurate, complete, or current. Automated systems misclassify. Where an item links to an original source document, that original governs and any line the service generates about it does not. You must not rely on a generated classification or headline as a statement of fact about an event, and you must verify against the linked original before acting.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously and we monitor source health around the clock, but the service is provided with no availability commitment of any kind. Feeds, translations, classifications, and email may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, or withdrawn without notice. No service level applies unless a separate written agreement signed by Sicuro says one does.
Neither party is liable for a failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages at an upstream source, network failures, and acts of authorities.
12. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults, and without warranty of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, Sicuro excludes all warranties, conditions, representations, and terms of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, timeliness, availability, security, non-infringement, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or error free, that any defect will be corrected, or that any item, classification, urgency grade, tier, translation, or generated line is accurate or complete. No information you obtain from Sicuro or through the service creates any warranty that is not expressly stated in these terms.
You use the service at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any decision you take on the basis of it.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, Sicuro has no liability to you, whether in contract, in tort including negligence, under statute, or on any other basis, for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the service or these terms, including any loss arising from an item that was wrong, late, missing, misclassified, mistranslated, or never published at all.
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, Sicuro is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation, or data, or for business interruption, in each case however caused and whether or not the possibility of that loss was known to us.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Sicuro's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the service and these terms is limited to the sum you actually paid to Sicuro under the invoice or subscription the claim relates to, in the twelve months before the claim arose. The tracker itself is provided at no charge, so where you have paid nothing that sum is zero and Sicuro's total liability to you is zero. No refund, credit, or other remedy exceeds that sum on any basis.
That cap is a single cap on everything. Bringing more than one claim, or claims on more than one basis, does not raise it.
If any exclusion or limitation in these terms is held to be unenforceable in whole or in part, it applies to the fullest extent the applicable law does permit, and every other exclusion and limitation continues in full force.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud and for gross negligence. Where the mandatory law that applies to you treats you as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits a right that law does not allow to be limited, and the exclusions and limitations above apply to the fullest extent that law does permit.
14. Your data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy. Email digests are optional and controlled by their own checkboxes at registration. Accepting these terms does not opt you into marketing.
15. Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing risk@sicurogroup.com.
We may suspend or close your account, or withdraw the service in whole or in part, or end these terms, at any time, including for breach of these terms, non-payment, unlawful use, or where a competent authority requires it. Where you hold paid access under an invoice, what happens to any unused part of a period already paid is governed by that invoice and by any agreement for the product it covers, and any sum repayable is limited as set out in clause 13.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version carries an identifier and an effective date, shown at the top of this page. Where a change is material we give notice by email or in the app before it takes effect, and we ask you to accept the new version in the app. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new version.
17. Severability and survival
Each provision of these terms operates separately. If any provision, or part of a provision, is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of these terms continue in full force.
Where a provision would be valid and enforceable if it were read with a narrower scope, duration, or effect, it takes effect with that narrower reading rather than being struck out. That applies in particular to clauses 12 and 13, which are intended to operate to the fullest extent the applicable law permits and to survive in reduced form rather than fail.
A delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of it. Clauses 3, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 17, and 18 survive the end of these terms and continue to apply to anything exported or retained from the service.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the service, including any non-contractual dispute or claim, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, and you submit to that jurisdiction. You agree not to bring a claim arising out of or in connection with the service in any other forum.
